Just one look into his dazzling Westie eyes and we knew he was the boy for us.

Big sister Jennie accepted him immediately.  She patiently taught Rocky how to navigate the stairs and helped this shy boy feel right at home...she showed him how take naps on the sofas, how to sleep in our bed at night and how to play Westie Crazy throughout the house and backyard.

It didn't take long at all for Rocky to endear himself in our lives and wiggle into our hearts.  We think he is a very special and intelligent little fellow.  Rocky has a very easy-going personality and likes every dog and human he meets.  He has become my shadow and my dependable Rock always at my side.

With the addition of Kalie, Rocky became a Big Brother and adapted quickly to his new role.  Rocky and Kalie are inseparable running, tumbling and digging in the yard together like typical Westie pals.   Rocky earned his Angel wings very early on by being so incredibly tolerant of Kalie's puppy antics and razor-sharp puppy teeth.  He was...and still is...our sweet lovable lug.

Rocky is a gentle and happy boy who is always ready to play.  He LOVES to play with tennis balls, loves to run and loves to be fussed over and cuddled.  His greatest joy in life is a good back rub.  He likes to watch television and always sounds the Westie Alarm when any animal appears on the screen leading Kalie in a raucous standoff with the TV.   Rocky has become our Mr. Party Boy loving any occasion with presents...he is a world-class paper shredder!

Kalie adores this wonderful boy and so do we.  He is such a love-bug!  We thank our lucky stars everyday that Rocky is part of our family.

Rocky's hair was shaved by his previous owner two weeks before he came to our home.   It took a while but eventually Rocky grew a brand new beautiful Westie coat.
